intro         = 'Read slowly over the following scripture passage and allow the word of God to penetrate your heart. Stay with the words for a while and let one of the thoughts grow in your heart.<br><br> <br>\"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Mt: 11,28<br><br>Come to Me all you who thirst… <br>(Jn: 7, 37).<br><br>On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, \"If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.\" By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified. Jn: 7, 37-39 <br><br><br><br>Hear Jesus explain to you:<br><br>I know what is in your heart - I know your loneliness and all your hurts - the rejections, the judgments, the humiliations, I carried it all before you. And I carried it all for you, so you might share My strength and victory. I know especially your need for love - how you are thirsting to be loved and cherished. But how often have you thirsted in vain, by seeking that love selfishly, striving to fill the emptiness inside you with passing pleasures - with the even greater emptiness of sin. Do you thirst for love? \"Come to Me all you who thirst…\" (Jn. 7: 37). I will satisfy you and fill you. Do you thirst to be cherished? I cherish you more than you can imagine - to the point of dying on a cross for you.<br>';
